The new Sue Grafton comes out August 22nd, the new Louise Penny comes out August 29th, and the latest installment of Steig Larsson’s Millennium series comes out September 12th.

 

Join us tomorrow morning at 10am for new Dreamworks movie, The Boss Baby.

Drop in this Saturday between 10am and 12pm for crafts with Miss Pickering! She always has something fun up her sleeve!

Join us tomorrow, August 3rd, to write letters to our service men and women. The letters will be sent to Operation Gratitude, a non-profit group that distributes the letters to deployed troops, new recruits and veterans of our armed forces. All ages are welcome to participate and we will have some guidelines as well as paper, note cards, pens, pencils and crayons for you to use.

Join us Thursday at 2pm for an interactive butterfly program. Jerry Schneider aka “The Butterfly Guy” will be at the library to teach us about butterflies and then we’ll get to make some pretty cool t-shirts! PLEASE BRING a white t-shirt for the project.

Join us tomorrow for a pot luck lunch at 11:30am at the library! Bring something to share, or just come enjoy the food!

Join us tomorrow, July 20th at 2pm to make superhero capes! We’ll be making capes for your kids to take home as well as capes to donate to Capes for Kids, a non-profit project that gives these superhero capes to kids in shelters. We have enough materials for 20 kids to make capes to take home, so be here right at 2pm!

This program is free and open to the public. Materials are limited to the first 20 kids.

 

Join us at the library on Wednesday July 26th at 7pm for a free essential oils class with Sarah Reagan. Sarah will be talking about where oils come from and how to use them. The class is free and open to the public.

Join us tomorrow morning, July 15th, for crafts with Ms. Pickering! Drop in any time between 10am and noon.

Join us at the library tomorrow, July 13th, at 2pm for our biggest program of the year: The Zoo! Our friend Kat from Wildlife Encounters will be here with a number of cool animals. We’ll get to learn about each of the animals and hold some of them too! Be here early for a good seat!
