Construction on the library building is going well! As long as no major hiccups occur, this is the plan for moving from our temporary space in Town Hall back into the library on Main St.
During the month of November, come in and check out a nice, big pile of books and movies! Don’t return them until we’re back in the library space in December! This will help make our move back a little easier.
We’ll be closed the entire week of Thanksgiving so that staff can work on packing up the Town Hall space. There’s a lot of behind the scenes work that will go into this move, so we need time to make computer changes and pack everything up.
Monday December 2nd is moving day! Bring a hand truck, a pick up truck and someone strong to help us move boxes and furniture back to the library.
We’ll be closed the first two weeks in December as we unpack, reorganize and clean the new library space.
Our soft opening will be Monday December 16th with a Grand Opening Celebration planned for Saturday January 4th.
