The Library will be closed tomorrow, Thursday the 29th due to weather. We’re open until 8pm tonight if you need to stock up for the storm!  

If you belong to one of the many groups that meets in the library, you’ve probably been anxiously awaiting the arrival of our window seat cushions. The cushions were picked up last night and placed in the library this morning. They look and feel great! Stop by and enjoy the new reading/knitting/chatting spot.

Just a reminder that we will be closed January 2nd for New Years. Keep an eye on our website here, or on our Facebook page for any announcements about tomorrow’s hours due to the impending storm!

Next time you’re in the library stop to check out the puzzle on the front table. Help us by adding one piece or stay for awhile and add as many as you can! We’ll have a puzzle going every day, today through February.

Join us next Wednesday, the 21st from 6-8pm! Bring your unwrapped gifts and some wrapping paper. The more, the merrier =)    

Our calendar indicates that the Non-Fiction group meets tomorrow, the 13th, from 7-9pm. The group will NOT be meeting tomorrow. The next meeting is scheduled for January 10th.

Join us for a fun, yummy, craft project on Tuesday December 20th. Drop in between 3pm and 6pm to decorate your own edible trees! These upside down ice cream cones make the perfect Christmas tree with a little frosting and some sprinkles! Registration is required so we can ensure we have enough supplies. Bring in non-perishable food items to waive your overdue fines today through Wednesday! These can be fines on late books you bring with you or fines on late books you’ve already returned. We’ll be donating the food to the Fall Mountain Food Shelf.

C.S. Lewis, author of the Narnia series, has a birthday this month! We’re celebrating a little early with a movie and craft night next Thursday the 10th at 6pm. Hope to see you there!
