Thanks to a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (https://www.imls.gov) we are able to offer Universal Class*, a free program that brings libraries lifelong learning courses in over 30 subject areas, many of which offer continuing education units (CEUs). More than 500 courses are available, and all are designed and led by professional instructors to build deeper understanding and mastery of subject matter. Universal Class includes videos, assignments, quizzes, tests, and options for social media interaction with other learners. Patrons may take multiple classes and learn at their own pace.
You can access Universal Class through the Libby App (sign in and click on EXTRAS) or directly on your computer/tablet/smart phone at https://walpoletownlibrary.universalclass.com/ For more in-depth directions see tutorials below.
One of the grant requirements is a survey of patrons who use Universal Class. Please help us out by completing this short survey HERE
*This project was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the New Hampshire State Library.
